The legacy RMA form is retained as a local reference only. Its obsolete PHP and email handler have not been copied, so this page does not submit an RMA request.
An RMA is a Returned Materials Authorization. Returned goods require an RMA number and return instructions before shipment. Products returned for refund must be unused and free of visible damage, and multiple batteries must be packaged with suitable dividers.
Please contact customer service before returning any item. Do not ship a return until you receive an RMA number and instructions.
